House Ale belongs to the foaming (ALES) beers, it is produced in Chios, near the village of Vavly, from selected varieties of malt and whole hops. It is always bottled without pasteurization and filtering, keeping its taste and other organoleptic characteristics unchanged.
It has a yellowish-yellow color with orange highlights and white foam. Hop and citrus aromas dominate, the body is rich with a fruity taste and subtle bitterness. Produced from three different, fine malt varieties and whole hops (Magnum, Bobek & Amarillo).
It is fermented slowly, traditionally in limited batches, without preservatives or other additives and with maturation that exceeds 4 to 6 weeks. It has a shelf life (6 months) and long-term storage is done in the refrigerator, the recommended serving temperature is 8-12°C.
