Mastelo® Smoked cow soft cheese, has 29% fat, 46% moisture and 1.6% salt, is available in 380g heads. approximately vacuum packed. Keeps in the fridge for 2½ months.  It has 45% moisture, 27 grams of fat and 1.6 grams of salt.
