The history of the "Gialis" distillery begins in 1880 in Chios with the creation of the ouzo craft. Since 1950, it has expanded to the production of gazosa and traditional juices with a rich aroma of Chiotic citrus fruits. Today, after 130 years of tradition, the Chions distillery continues to produce, in the traditional way, juices and drinks with the same unique taste and aroma as of old. "DIVINE" vodka which is flavored with melon is ideal for the summer months, well chilled and with crushed ice.
