Traditional greek past for soup with vegetables, mushrooms & olives- Chiotiko kellari

Based on the tradition of the Mediterranean culture, we created a product entirely from vegetables (spinach, carrot, potato, tomato, pepper, onion, olive paste, porcini mushroom). It is usually consumed in the form of a soup with a ratio of one part trachana to five parts water.
